I will preface by saying that customer support is ABSOLUTELY incredible. I actually received a faulty keyboard, but only because it was failing to charge. After we set up some troubleshooting sessions, they sent me a replacement by recording snippets of 3-4-minute videos via email. This is more than any other company has attempted, which I LOVE. It helped narrow down the issue to being hardware and not software-specific.
The keyboard is fantastic. It's heavy, but it would be good if you plan to keep this stationery and keep it in a workstation, like in my case. The sound of the keys is pleasant; my wife has never complained and prefers it. I do not use this for gaming, so I cannot speak on that, but I can say it's perfect for work (software engineering).
The quality is probably one of the best I've had, and I own around eight mechanical keyboards from Ducky, Keychron, and more. This is easily one of my favorites. If you're hesitant about a keyboard, I would say just do it. It never hurts to have more, especially when this has the potential to be the best.

The MCHOSE GX87 Ultra delivers tremendous value for money. It oozes quality in every aspect -- visually, audibly and tacitly. It is a very feature-rich keyboard that while highly customizable, is wonderful right out of the box. I highly recommend it!
Best keyboard ever
Its very satisfying keys quiet for a mechanical keyboard and hefty so it dont move easily. realy solid build. love it. the only thing I would change is the spacebar it feels a little sticky but it is very responsive.
